What does the demo show?
Without registering, you can edit a maintenance requirement and explore saved research and two fictional offers. The demo does not run new web research. It also includes opportunity, negotiation, approval and savings examples. Real company data belongs in an authorised workspace.
Are supplier prices collected automatically?
Research identifies potential suppliers; it is not a price offer. Actual replies must be obtained and reviewed. Where company email is enabled, replies can be imported for review; they do not become accepted offers or orders automatically.
What do approved savings mean?
The application calculates the internally approved annual contract impact. This is not realised savings verified by invoices or payments.
How can my team get started?
After registration, access to your company workspace must be granted separately. Registering does not give access to other companies' data.
