Do I need an account to try the demo?

No. Explore the procurement workflow with sample data without registering. Working with real company information requires an account with company access.

How does the demo differ from the live workspace?

The demo uses sample data. In the live workspace, your requirements and recorded offers are stored in your company account. Registration alone does not grant company access. Request a demo using the form below to get started.

Are research results actual price offers?

No. They are potential suppliers backed by web sources. Confirm prices, stock, technical suitability and delivery terms with each supplier. Record and compare their actual offers separately.

Are messages sent to suppliers automatically?

Sending requires review and approval. ProcureAI helps draft requests; you can send them through your own email. Company email sending and importing replies depend on the workspace configuration. The application does not place orders on its own.

Is the lowest-priced offer selected automatically?

No. The comparison shows recorded totals in TRY, including VAT and delivery, alongside offer terms. You decide after considering scope, delivery time, warranty and payment terms.

Live workspace records are stored in the company account. Membership and roles restrict access and actions.

Information shared with AI

Supplier research shares category, purpose, quantity, unit, duration, location and conditions with OpenAI. Budget and company identity fields are excluded from this research request. Do not put confidential information in free text.

Offer text analysis

With your consent, text selected for analysis is shared with OpenAI. Text and results are stored in the company account; you review suggested fields before saving.

Approval and sending

AI output alone does not place orders. Offers, decisions and email sending depend on permissions, settings and user approval steps.
